Puerto Salina - Baja California MEXICO

Puerto Salina Marina is about 30 miles south of San Diego California and is not yet on the charts. Puerto Salina is the first marina in Mexico south of the United States border on the Pacific Ocean, and is located next to La Salina, Baja California.

Jose, who works in the harbor, took us to Ensenada to help us with immigration and customs. The service is free. The service they give us here can only be found in a five star resort. It is not yet a picturesque place but it will be a large resort when they have it finished.

The location here is 31.33.16N 116.40.69W. You still can’t find it on any charts. Charlie’s chart gives some spotty information and Mexico Boating Guide, by rains gives for data like lat/lon and phone number.
