Paragliding at La Salina - Baja Mexico John Reising's Fall 2001 Paragliding Trip in Baja at La Salina

La Salina Ridge is located in Baja Mexico about 30 miles from the border crossing at San Diego. The 5 mile ridge is excellent for both ridge soaring and thermal flying. The LZ is near the bottom of the ridge, but with good altitude you can fly out and land on the beach about a mile or so away. (It's nice to land right next to your room and the bar for a cold beer!)
